Rahul Cables Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and audit coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee general ledger accounts
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, PF, TDS, ESIC, and Income Tax returns
- Oversee statutory compliance processes and ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit-related queries efficiently
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth financial transactions
- Authorize payments in line with company financial policies
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes for better efficiency and risk control
