Job Summary

Motvic Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Sales/Marketing for our LED Lighting Division. The ideal candidate will drive market expansion, strengthen brand presence, and execute high-impact strategies to support sales growth for our innovative LED products.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the LED lighting market, product applications, and technical specifications.

Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical ability to plan cross-functional coordination and marketing budgets.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools; digital marketing knowledge is a significant advantage.

Experience & Qualifications

Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing (preferred). An Engineering background is an added advantage.

Years of Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing/sales within LED lighting, electrical, or allied industries.

Domain: Proven track record in B2B marketing and channel management.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote LED lighting products across B2B and retail markets.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.

Sales Support: Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead generation and achievement of business targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, consultants, and key clients.

Product Lifecycle: Manage product positioning, promotions, and launch strategies for new LED lighting solutions.

Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing ROI, prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts, and present reports to senior management.

Events: Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
