Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes at our Cebu site. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues, managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive in the Philippines.
Labor Law Expert: In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Leadership: People-oriented and results-driven with excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Soft Skills: Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Education: Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a high-quality workforce.
Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, specifically adhering to the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
Performance & Payroll: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and ensures timely payroll processing coordination.
Benefits Administration: Assess training needs and monitor the administration of statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
