Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a "hunter" by nature, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven track record in Business Development or Sales.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Competencies: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (like Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
