Job Summary

We are looking for a specialized Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for educational institutions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified teaching and non-teaching staff (Principals, Subject Matter Experts, Administrators, and Support Staff) for schools and educational organizations.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the Education or Staffing Industry.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hiring cycles of schools and the specific certifications required for various teaching roles.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with high-level educational professionals.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards like Naukri or LinkedIn.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Specialized Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and educational networks to find high-quality educators and school administrators.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess pedagogical skills, subject matter expertise, and cultural fit for school environments.

Credential Verification: Ensure all candidates meet regulatory and educational standards (e.g., B.Ed, M.Ed, CTET, or specific state requirements).

Client Management: Liaison with school boards, directors, and HR heads to understand specific staffing needs and vacancy timelines.

Database Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for urgent seasonal hiring cycles (e.g., pre-academic year rushes).

Onboarding Support: Facilitate the transition of new hires into the school system, ensuring all documentation and background checks are completed.
