We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager who excels at the intersection of creative content and performance marketing. Role Details

Location: Manila, Philippines (On-site)

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Compensation: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) + performance-based incentives and bonuses.

 

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in social media management and paid advertising.

Ad Expertise: Extensive experience running successful campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok.

Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion strategies, and lead generation.

Content Skills: Ability to create high-quality, engaging short-form video content.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

Mobility: Willingness and ability to relocate to Manila, Philippines for this on-site role.

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive Passion: Professional experience or deep personal interest in the automotive industry (performance cars, tuning, modifications).

Creative Tools: Basic video editing or graphic design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Portfolio: Experience managing multiple ad accounts or high-growth brands simultaneously.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management: Oversee and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

Content Creation: Plan and produce high-impact automotive content, including Reels, TikToks, ad copy, and high-converting captions.

Paid Advertising: Set up, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG) Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Lead Generation: Design and execute high-converting ad strategies to drive inquiries and customer acquisitions.

Optimization: Continuously monitor ad performance, audience targeting, and retargeting to maximize ROI.

Collaboration: Partner with the technical team to feature promos, specific builds, and high-end installations.

Reporting: Track performance metrics using data-driven tools and provide regular reports on growth and conversion.
