1. Role Summary
The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving brand visibility and revenue growth within the Saudi market. This role requires a unique blend of creative marketing strategy and "boots-on-the-ground" sales leadership. You will be expected to identify market trends, manage lead generation campaigns, and personally close high-value accounts while maintaining a strong ROI on marketing spend.
3. Candidate Profile
Experience & Education:
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a combined Sales and Marketing role, preferably within the KSA market.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi business culture, Vision 2030 trends, and local consumer behavior.
Key Skills:
Communication: Exceptional command of English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred for dealing with local stakeholders.
Digital Savvy: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
Negotiation: A "closer" mindset with the ability to handle complex sales cycles.
Driving: A valid Saudi Driving License is highly advantageous for field-based sales activities.

2. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify and onboard new B2B/B2C clients through active networking, cold calling, and site visits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to ensure profitable deal closures.
Marketing & Brand Management
Design and oversee localized marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) tailored to the Saudi audience.
Manage social media presence and online reputation to drive inbound lead generation.
Coordinate participation in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Market Intelligence & Coordination
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry shifts in KSA.
Work closely with the operations/product team to ensure that market feedback is incorporated into service delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide weekly performance reports to management.
