Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in site supervision, specifically within Corporate Office Interiors.
Project Portfolio: Demonstrated experience handling office interior projects ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft. independently.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Interior Design field and standard method statements for quality control.
Linguistic Proficiency: Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi for effective onsite communication.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to resolve unexpected technical difficulties and onsite bottlenecks under pressure.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all materials used and work performed meet strict project specifications and quality standards.
Resource Management: Oversee the selection and requisition of materials; manage day-to-day site operations and supervise the labor force and subcontractors.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve technical issues with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Safety & Reporting: Oversee health and safety matters on-site and prepare comprehensive daily site progress reports.
Project Timeline: Efficiently organize site facilities and plan workflows to meet strictly agreed-upon deadlines.
