Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Production Head to oversee manufacturing operations at our Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining production processes, ensuring peak efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of production workflows, technical drawings, and industrial machinery.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage a large workforce and drive team performance.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and production reporting to drive decision-making.
Problem Solving: Quick-thinking and decisive in resolving technical or operational issues on the floor.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production) or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning: Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands and organizational targets.
Operational Excellence: Monitor daily shop-floor operations to ensure optimal machine utilization and minimal downtime.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor strict quality assurance protocols to ensure all outputs meet industry and company standards.
Resource Management: Manage raw material inventory, manpower allocation, and equipment maintenance to keep production costs within budget.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility operates in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the production team and supervisors to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
