Locations: * Role 1: Rajasthan (Base: Jaipur/Jodhpur preferred)

Role 2: UP & Uttarakhand (Base: Lucknow/Noida/Dehradun preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 Monthly (Commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Professional with 5 years of experience to spearhead our business growth in the North/West regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing key accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role requires a "hunter" mindset and the ability to work independently across large territories.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven track record in field sales.

Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Rajasthan or UP/Uttarakhand.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Knowledge of local dialects is a plus).

Negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory (Rajasthan or UP/UK).

Sales Lifecycle: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and cold calling to negotiation and closing.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, or corporate clients.

Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and territory performance reports.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest strategic pivots.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 60-70% of the time).
