Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage the customer support team
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
- Monitor team performance and ensure high service quality standards
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and resolution time
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance productivity and performance
- Ensure smooth handling of customer interactions across calls, emails, and chat channels
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with management
