Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Travel Agents (Sales) who can assist clients with travel planning, generate sales, and deliver excellent service. The candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages, handling bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in travel agency or tour operations
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for travel services
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages
- Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning
- Provide customized travel solutions based on customer needs
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels for best deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services
- Proficiency in travel booking tools and MS Office
