Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves both office-based and field sales activities, focusing on generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Maintain daily reports of field visits and sales activities
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in sales or business development
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with field work and client meetings
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of sales processes preferred
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Local market knowledge of Mumbai will be an advantage
