Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Technical/Demo) to assist customers by providing product support, resolving technical queries, and conducting product demonstrations. The role requires strong communication skills and a basic understanding of technical tools/products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support to customers via calls, emails, or chat
- Conduct product demos and explain features to clients
- Assist users in resolving technical or product-related issues
- Understand customer requirements and guide them effectively
- Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic technical understanding of software/tools
- Comfortable with hybrid work setup
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Skills:
