Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Content Operations Manager to lead global content production teams across QA Testing and Interactive Maps operations for a rapidly growing gaming platform.
The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, coach team leads, improve workflows, maintain quality standards, and help scale new operational teams. This role requires strong experience managing remote Southeast Asia-based teams, especially Philippines-based contractors.
The candidate should be proactive, process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team leads
Set KPIs, quality standards, and performance expectations
Identify high performers and support career development
Manage workload allocation and team capacity planning
Resolve operational escalations and workflow issues
Deliver weekly team performance and operations updates
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
QA Testing Operations
Manage QA testing operations end-to-end
Ensure testing coverage and workflow efficiency
Track testing metrics and performance improvements
Improve testing SOPs, documentation, and quality checkpoints
Maintain high-quality testing standards across projects
Interactive Maps Operations
Oversee map production pipelines from creation to publication
Prioritize game selection and production schedules
Standardize map pin templates and operational guidelines
Monitor production metrics and improve output quality
Ensure maps are user-friendly and launched with quality standards
People Operations
Support hiring, onboarding, and contractor management
Assist with recruitment processes and candidate evaluations
Coordinate PTO, OT, and holiday coverage planning
Ensure onboarding consistency across operational teams
Support employee engagement initiatives and operational meetings
Team Building & Scaling
Build new content production teams based on business needs
Develop hiring workflows, SOPs, and onboarding systems
Scale existing teams while maintaining operational quality
Design efficient and flexible team structures
Anticipate operational requirements for future projects
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Content teams
Align operational priorities with release schedules
Share performance insights and operational improvements
Identify workflow optimization opportunities across teams
Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement
Lead operational improvement initiatives
Implement automation and AI-driven workflow enhancements
Improve systems and processes for scalability
Reduce repetitive manual operational tasks
Operational Excellence
Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and documentation
Implement tools to improve team productivity
Conduct regular team health and engagement reviews
Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
Ensure operational documentation remains updated
Required Qualifications
2+ years of operations management experience
Minimum 2 years managing offshore or remote teams directly
Experience managing Philippines or Southeast Asia-based teams
Proven experience building teams and operational workflows
Strong recruiting and people management skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Data-driven and analytical mindset
Experience using AI tools for operational efficiency
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in gaming operations, QA, or content production
