Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Officer to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse documentation efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, warehouse systems, stock audits, and material handling while ensuring smooth warehouse operations and accurate stock records.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
Track damaged, missing, or expired items
Warehouse Operations
Arrange and store goods properly in designated warehouse locations
Ensure adherence to FIFO / FEFO inventory practices where applicable
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
Ensure proper handling of materials and warehouse equipment
Coordinate loading, unloading, and dispatch activities
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain warehouse records, documentation, and stock registers
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
Update inventory systems and ensure data accuracy
Support management with inventory analysis and operational updates
Team Coordination
Supervise warehouse assistants and workers
Train staff on warehouse procedures and operational standards
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field preferred
Experience Required
2–5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience handling inventory audits and stock control operations
