Role Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analytics. This role will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Execute audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis
Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies effectively
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
Campaign Optimization
Optimize campaigns to improve:
ROAS
CPA
CTR
Conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing for:
Ad creatives
Ad copies
Landing pages
Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance
Tracking & Analytics
Implement and monitor tracking using:
GA4
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Platform pixels
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights
Track and report key performance metrics regularly
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with design, content, development, and sales teams
Support campaign execution and optimization activities
Collaborate with stakeholders for performance improvements and strategy alignment
Day-to-Day Activities
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, creatives, and targeting
Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Launch and test new campaign variations
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign assets and execution
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Marketing
Business
IT
Related Field
MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing preferred
Experience Required
2–3 years of experience in:
Performance Marketing
Paid Advertising
Digital Campaign Management
Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or B2B marketing preferred
