Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive revenue growth through product demonstrations, lead conversion, and consultative sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, client relationship management, and deal closures. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate product value, manage the sales pipeline, and build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Conduct product demonstrations and consultations for prospective customers
Handle both inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Understand client requirements and tailor product presentations accordingly
Drive lead conversion and revenue generation through consultative selling
Sales Funnel & Lead Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from:
Lead qualification
Product demo
Follow-up
Deal closure
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Track sales pipeline and activity reports regularly
Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams for smooth handover
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Lead Generation & Market Outreach
Source leads through:
Online platforms
Networking channels
Identify new business opportunities and customer segments
Gather market and customer feedback to improve sales strategies
Revenue & Performance Management
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Monitor conversion rates and sales performance metrics
Support business growth initiatives through proactive sales efforts
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline preferred
