Job Summary
We are looking for creative and experienced Florists to design and prepare floral arrangements while ensuring high-quality customer service and product presentation.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in flower arrangement, bouquet preparation, floral decoration, inventory handling, and customer interaction.

Create attractive:

Gift floral packaging
Design floral displays based on customer requirements and occasions
Maintain creativity and presentation standards
Flower & Plant Handling
Ensure proper handling and preservation of flowers and plants
Maintain freshness and quality standards
Monitor storage and care procedures for floral products
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Assist customers with floral selection and customization
Maintain strong customer relationships
Provide recommendations based on occasions and preferences
Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain stock records of flowers, wrapping materials, and accessories
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Ensure proper storage and waste minimization
Packaging & Presentation
Handle wrapping, packaging, and decorative presentation professionally
Ensure products are prepared neatly and delivered on time
