Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop annual marketing plans aligned with local sales objectives and branding guidelines.

Define marketing KPIs, campaigns, and performance targets.

Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies based on data insights.

Report on marketing performance and contribution to business growth.

Digital & Online Marketing

Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Improve online visibility and customer engagement through:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SEA (Search Engine Advertising)

Website optimization

Social media marketing

Support lead generation initiatives through digital marketing activities.

Monitor and improve website user experience and local relevance.

Content Development

Create relevant local content for:

Social media platforms

Website pages

Marketing campaigns

Product promotions

Ensure marketing communication aligns with brand positioning and local audience preferences.

Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and content approvals.

Advertising & Brand Promotion

Manage online and offline advertising campaigns.

Coordinate local exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Enhance brand awareness and market positioning within target industries.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Monitor local B2B marketing trends and customer behavior.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

Stay updated with evolving digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.

Apply learnings through experiments and continuous optimization.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets.

Gather feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Coordinate regularly with global marketing teams and external agencies.

Support internal communication and business development activities where required.

Optional Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for new or potential customers.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Performance Marketing will be an advantage

Experience Required

Hands-on experience in digital marketing and online campaign execution
