Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calling activities

Communicate with clients/customers professionally

Follow up on leads and maintain call records

Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements

Maintain daily calling reports and updates

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and confident personality

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently

Preferred Skills

Telecalling or customer handling experience preferred

Hindi and English communication preferred
