Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of a standalone restaurant/café. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality standards, supervising staff, managing shift operations, and driving overall restaurant performance.
The ideal candidate should possess strong restaurant management expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working in luxury hospitality environments.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations Management
Manage the complete restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Monitor floor operations, ambience, hygiene, and service efficiency.
Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant functioning.
Staff Management & Leadership
Plan and coordinate staff shifts for efficient operations during peak hours.
Supervise and guide restaurant staff to achieve service excellence.
Train front-end staff on customer service and operational standards.
Provide performance feedback and handle staff-related concerns.
Customer Service
Meet and greet customers professionally.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
Convert dissatisfied guests into repeat customers through excellent service recovery.
Sales & Performance Management
Maximize sales and profitability through superior customer experience.
Prepare end-of-shift reports related to sales and food control.
Monitor operational efficiency and service performance.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure all employees adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
Maintain security procedures to safeguard employees, guests, and company assets.
Ensure compliance with operational checklists and company SOPs.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Branch Chefs, Operations Team, and HR.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management
Experience Required
10+ years of experience in Restaurant / Coffee Shop operations within a 5-star hotel environment
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience

28 – 32 Years
