Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive sales and business development activities for water infrastructure and utility-related products across the USA market.
The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting technical presentations, coordinating with distributors and contractors, and supporting project and tender-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities and customer leads.
Develop and expand the customer base across assigned territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client & Market Management
Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings.
Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
Build strong relationships with:
Distributors
Contractors
Consultants
Utility companies
Project & Tender Support
Support tender participation and project-based sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and project execution.
Market Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend sales strategies.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.
Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support.
