Primary Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Service
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
• Assist customers with styling, product selection and recommendations.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize billing value. Retail jewellery roles commonly emphasize product knowledge, upselling and customer experience.
Team Supervision
• Supervise and motivate kiosk sales staff.
• Manage duty rosters, attendance and shift scheduling.
• Train team members on product knowledge, customer handling and sales techniques.
• Monitor team performance and maintain high grooming and service standards.
Kiosk Operations
• Oversee opening and closing of the kiosk.
• Manage billing, cash handling, POS transactions and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain stock levels, stock counting and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure kiosk visual merchandising, cleanliness and display standards are maintained. Retail supervisor roles typically include merchandising, cash handling and operational oversight.
Reporting & Administration
• Prepare daily sales reports and stock reports.
• Coordinate with management on replenishment, targets and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Experience Requirements:
Male candidate (Non Muslim as my other Sales personnel are Muslim and they all then need leave at the same time during religious festivals)
Prior supervisory or team handling experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Good understanding of sales targets, inventory and POS systems.
Well-groomed, confident and sales-oriented personality.
