Primary Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Management
Manage and maintain company social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Monitor social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and captions.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative marketing content and promotional materials.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
3. Community Engagement
Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong online communities and audience engagement.
Track customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and audience growth.
Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support basic SEO activities to improve digital visibility and performance.
5. Digital Marketing & Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
Support paid marketing initiatives and digital advertising campaigns where required.
Assist in branding, campaign strategy, and overall digital marketing efforts.

Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related roles.
Proven experience managing business social media accounts and campaigns.
