Primary Responsibilities :

Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies to expand business across global markets.
Identify, develop, and onboard new international customers, distributors, and business partners.
Generate enquiries, RFQs, purchase orders, and new business opportunities from overseas markets.
Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and project needs.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, cost estimations, and bid submissions as per client requirements.
Conduct negotiations with international customers and support the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
Maintain regular communication with international clients through emails, calls, virtual meetings, and business visits.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and successful project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in international markets.
Represent the organization at international exhibitions, trade fairs, industry events, conferences, and customer visits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers to drive repeat business and market growth.

Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or International Business is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
Proven experience in sales and marketing of industrial machinery, engineering products, capital equipment, or related industries.
Experience handling international customers and export business operations.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of techno-commercial proposals and cost estimation.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Knowledge of international sales processes, export documentation, and global business practices.
Strong market research and business development capabilities.
