Primary Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee the overall operations of the offshore delivery center, ensuring efficient functioning across all departments.
Manage and coordinate back-office teams including Quantity Surveying (Civil & MEP), Drafting (Civil & MEP), and Accounts.
Establish, implement, and continuously improve operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project outputs, reports, drawings, estimates, and documentation to project and site teams.
Act as the primary communication bridge between the offshore operations team and international management.
Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and resource utilization to achieve operational objectives.
Drive team discipline, accountability, and adherence to organizational processes and quality standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and operational planning sessions.
Resolve operational challenges and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless project support.
Support strategic planning, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Experience Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience
Extensive experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project management environments.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing operational functions.
Prior experience overseeing engineering support services, project coordination, or delivery operations.
Retired Civil Engineer with strong leadership and operational management experience preferred.
Preferred Background
Military engineering experience from organizations such as:
Corps of Engineers
Border Roads Organisation (BRO)
Military Engineer Services (MES)
Other equivalent engineering or defense infrastructure organizations
Experience managing large engineering teams and complex project delivery environments.
