Airport Promotion Executive

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and interact with domestic and international travelers.

Promote the organization's offerings, packages, and facilities to potential guests.

Engage passengers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.

Generate interest and increase visitor footfall through effective communication.

Distribute promotional materials and provide accurate information to travelers.

Assist guests with inquiries and direct them to appropriate channels when required.

Maintain a positive brand image and uphold professional standards at all times.

Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and transportation teams as needed.

Ensure compliance with airport regulations and company guidelines.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.

Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.

Confidence in initiating conversations and interacting with diverse audiences.

Prior experience in promotions, hospitality, aviation, events, sales, customer service, or guest relations is preferred.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and stand for extended periods.

Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience in brand promotion, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, or customer-facing roles.

Familiarity with Goa’s tourism and hospitality sector is beneficial.
