Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales
Generate and qualify leads across commercial and industrial sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and techno-commercial discussions.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Understand customer requirements related to:
Power Backup
Peak Load Management
Solar Integration
Energy Cost Optimization
Power Reliability Solutions
Solution & Proposal Management
Coordinate with technical teams for system sizing and solution design.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Address customer technical and commercial queries.
Support negotiations and contract finalization.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and deal stages.
Update CRM systems regularly with customer interactions and sales progress.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, installers, and industry stakeholders.
Develop strategic partnerships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Experience Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in:
    • B2B Sales
    • Technical Sales
    • Industrial Sales
    • Energy or Electrical Product Sales
  • Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate business benefits effectively.
  • Experience managing long sales-cycle opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
