Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across AI/ML, E-commerce, On-Demand Applications, and Online Gaming platforms.
- Gather client requirements and translate them into technical execution plans.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, and Product Teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure successful execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and client expectations.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and solution discussions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and quality standards across all projects.
- Coordinate project deployment, testing, and post-launch support activities.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Prior experience in a service-based IT company is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Experience managing projects in one or more of the following domains:
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- E-commerce Platforms
- On-Demand Applications
- Online Gaming Solutions
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and team leadership abilities.
- Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools.
AI/ML Knowledge (Mandatory)

- Monitoring & Optimization
- Knowledge of common AI use cases:

- Chatbots & Virtual Assistants

- Ability to understand AI model outputs, limitations, and project feasibility.
- Experience coordinating effectively with AI/ML and Data Science teams.
