Primary Responsibilities :

Quality Management & Compliance

  • Develop work instructions and support the development of quality procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and quality procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to quality standards across workshop operations.
  • Support quality processes and recommend improvements for operational excellence.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain, update, and manage technical documentation, procedures, specifications, and operational standards.
  • Streamline existing quality systems and software to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend modifications to improve quality performance.
  • Monitor non-conformities and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Training & Development

  • Provide theoretical and practical training on quality standards and procedures.
  • Develop quality awareness and quality culture among workshop employees.
  • Ensure employees understand and follow quality requirements and best practices.

Audits & Certifications

  • Coordinate with external auditors and third-party inspectors.
  • Support qualification, accreditation, and certification activities.
  • Request and maintain required third-party certifications and approvals.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

HSE & Safety Support

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inspections, investigations, and incident reporting.
  • Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and non-conformities.
  • Support safety initiatives aimed at achieving zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI).

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with:
    • Company Management
    • Shop Management
    • Internal & External Clients
    • Workshop Crew
    • Vendors and Third-Party Contractors
    • Government and Regulatory Authorities

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide quality analysis reports to management.
  • Participate in monthly Quality Meetings and Annual Management Review Meetings.
  • Report quality concerns and operational risks affecting performance.
  • Track quality KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Experience Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, workshop, oil & gas, engineering, or related environments.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • ISO Standards
    • Quality Management Systems (QMS)
    • Quality Assurance & Quality Control Processes
