Primary Responsibilities :

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

  • Handle outbound sales calls targeting customers in the Australian market.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Promote and sell insurance-related products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on potential leads.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Consistently meet KPIs related to calls, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor individual performance metrics and take corrective actions when required.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

CRM & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Update lead status, customer interactions, and sales outcomes regularly.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all customer communications and transactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates as required.

Compliance & Quality Standards

  • Follow approved sales scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with Australian market regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain quality standards during customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with onboarding, operations, and customer support teams.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales experience.
  • Work closely with management to improve sales processes and performance.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights with internal stakeholders.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Understand Australian market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Participate in product training and skill development programs.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience in International Sales may also be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in International Outbound Sales.
  • Prior experience working with the Australian market is mandatory.
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills

  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking systems.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting and pipeline management tools.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication tools.
