Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized and discreet service to residents and guests.
- Manage daily household hospitality requirements and guest experiences.
- Coordinate wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and personal care arrangements.
- Organize and maintain personal belongings, luxury items, and household inventories.
- Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments as per luxury hospitality standards.
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Ensure guest rooms and personal spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
- Handle special requests and anticipate resident needs proactively.
- Assist during private events, family functions, and VIP visits.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers as required.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily residence operations.
Experience Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or Luxury Hospitality Professional.
- Mandatory experience in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
- Preference for candidates from Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, or similar luxury brands.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong grooming, etiquette, and presentation standards.
- Experience serving UHNI, VVIP, celebrity, or diplomatic guests preferred.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
