Primary Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to residents and guests.
- Manage formal dining service, silver service, and beverage service.
- Coordinate daily household operations and guest hospitality requirements.
- Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring a premium hospitality experience.
- Manage table settings, meal service, and event arrangements.
- Coordinate travel, reservations, transportation, and guest logistics.
- Oversee maintenance of luxury household standards and presentation.
- Handle resident requests efficiently and proactively.
- Support private events, business meetings, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate with chefs, housekeeping, security, chauffeurs, and other residence staff.
- Maintain accurate records of household inventories and guest preferences.
- Ensure complete confidentiality regarding family and business matters.
Experience Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
- 5–12 years of experience in Butler Service, Luxury Hospitality, or Private Residence Operations.
- Experience in a luxury 5-star hotel is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates from Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, or other internationally recognized luxury hotel brands.
- Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette and luxury service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional grooming and professional appearance.
- Experience handling UHNI, HNI, VVIP, celebrity, or royal guests preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and maintain strict confidentiality.
