Primary Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Builders, Contractors, and MEP Consultants.
  • Drive project sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through market visits, networking, and industry contacts.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms with clients.

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, project discussions, and site visits.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Manage strategic and high-value project accounts.

Technical Sales Support

  • Understand project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and MEP requirements.
  • Recommend suitable products and solutions based on project needs.
  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for solution development.
  • Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Project & Market Monitoring

  • Track upcoming and ongoing construction projects in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Gather market intelligence and share insights with management.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with estimation, design, logistics, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations and order processing.
  • Support junior sales team members with technical guidance when required.
Experience Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the Construction, HVAC, MEP, Building Materials, Firefighting, Plumbing, or Industrial Solutions industry.
  • Strong network with Builders, Contractors, Architects, and MEP Consultants.
  • Proven experience in Project Sales and Specification Selling.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and project opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
