Experience Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations and performance management systems.
- Provide guidance on HR issues and support organizational development initiatives.
