Primary Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Handle Non-IT hiring mandates across industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Pharma, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership positions.
- Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening to assess experience, technical skills, communication skills, salary expectations, notice period, and overall suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
Client & Candidate Management
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide hiring updates and recruitment progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Offer Management & Closures
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Achieve hiring targets and closure timelines.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS databases.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and quality standards.
Experience Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Experience handling multiple requirements across various industries and job functions.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referral networks.
- Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment databases, and recruitment reporting tools.

- Ability to work independently and contribute to team hiring goals.
