Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Drive business growth across India and Southeast Asia (SEA) by identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Identify opportunities within manufacturing, steel, aluminium, and industrial sectors for PSI’s SaaS solutions.
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare proposals, business cases, ROI analyses, and solution recommendations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close strategic SaaS contracts.
Supply Chain Consulting & Solution Positioning
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on Supply Chain Planning and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Understand customer challenges related to Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, and Forecasting.
- Translate operational challenges into business value and measurable ROI.
- Position SaaS solutions focused on fast implementation, rapid adoption, and business impact.
Account Management & Customer Success
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Expand existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive customer adoption and ensure successful solution utilization.
- Support customer retention and growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with European headquarters, product teams, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate internal resources to support customer requirements and business objectives.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with global teams.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in India and SEA.
- Track industry developments in supply chain planning, manufacturing technology, and SaaS adoption.
- Contribute to strategic planning and regional business growth initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Metallurgy, Business, or a related field.
Experience
Either:
- Experience in B2B Solution Sales, SaaS Sales, Supply Chain Software, ERP, APS, Planning Solutions, or Industrial Technology Solutions.
OR
- Strong operational experience in:
- Supply Chain Planning
- Demand Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Production Planning
- Manufacturing Operations
with a strong interest in transitioning into a commercial/business development role.
