Primary Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and senior management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee complete employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure proper documentation of employee files, contracts, attendance, leave records, and HR policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage daily HR administrative activities and support departmental operations.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Manage monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Handle statutory compliance including:
    • Provident Fund (PF)
    • Employee State Insurance (ESI)
    • Professional Tax (PT)
    • Labour Welfare Fund
    • Bonus
    • Gratuity
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for compliance matters.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records.

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage the organization's performance appraisal process.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and employee evaluations.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and development plans.
  • Track employee performance metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee recognition and reward programs.

Learning & Development

  • Identify employee training and development needs.
  • Coordinate technical, behavioural, safety, and compliance training programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Promote continuous learning and employee skill enhancement.

Employee Relations

  • Build positive relationships between management and employees.
  • Address employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Promote a healthy workplace culture.
  • Ensure effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Counsel employees on HR policies, workplace behaviour, and career development.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present HR reports to management, including:
    • Recruitment Status
    • Attrition Reports
    • Attendance Reports
    • Payroll Reports
    • Headcount Reports
    • Leave Reports
    • Compliance Reports
    • HR Dashboard
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Support management with workforce planning and HR analytics.

Industrial Relations

  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations within the manufacturing plant.
  • Handle workforce discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Support labour law compliance and workforce management.
  • Coordinate with factory management regarding employee-related matters.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and disciplinary proceedings where required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and management.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
  • Support departmental managers in manpower planning.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies and organizational updates.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor HR executives and administrative staff.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching where necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of HR activities and departmental objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and professional HR environment.
Experience Requirements:

Experience

  • 10–12 years of HR experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Production environments.
  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR operations.
  • Strong expertise in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA in Human Resources is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Experience handling recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar workforce.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR reporting.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.
  • Willingness to relocate near Shadnagar / Balanagar / Burgul.
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees across all organizational levels.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in glass, manufacturing, engineering, construction materials, or industrial production companies.
  • Strong exposure to factory HR operations and industrial relations.
  • Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
  • Ability to implement HR process improvements and automation.
  • Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
