Primary Responsibilities :

Administrative Operations

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain administrative records, documents, and reports.
  • Handle vendor coordination and service contracts.

Facility Management

  • Supervise office facilities and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and inventory.

Guest & Staff Coordination

  • Welcome guests and coordinate hospitality arrangements.
  • Handle employee accommodation and administrative support.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and event arrangements.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain company records and confidential documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports.

General Administration

  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
  • Support management in administrative projects.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:

Education

  • Graduate from a recognized Hospitality Institute.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration within the Hospitality industry.

Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Vendor and facility management.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
