Primary Responsibilities :

Food & Beverage Operations

  • Coordinate daily restaurant and dining operations.
  • Ensure smooth food and beverage service.
  • Maintain service quality standards.
  • Assist in banquet and event service.

Guest Service

  • Welcome and assist guests professionally.
  • Handle customer queries and special requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly.
  • Ensure excellent dining experiences.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
  • Monitor table arrangements and service readiness.
  • Ensure timely order delivery.

Hygiene & Compliance

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness of dining areas.
  • Maintain compliance with hospitality SOPs.

Inventory & Reporting

  • Monitor stock of beverages and service items.
  • Prepare daily operational reports.
  • Support inventory checks and stock management.
Experience Requirements:

Education

  • Graduate from a recognized Hospitality Institute.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within the Hospitality industry.
