Primary Responsibilities :
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate sales by promoting cattle feed products in the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new customers, retailers, distributors, and dealers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Expand market presence through effective field sales activities.
2. Customer & Retailer Engagement
- Educate farmers, retailers, and distributors about cattle feed products and their benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
3. Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.
4. Sales Promotion
- Organize promotional campaigns, dealer meets, and farmer awareness programs.
- Increase product visibility through field marketing activities.
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records.
- Track orders, collections, and inventory requirements.
- Submit regular sales performance and market reports to management.
Experience Requirements:
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Cattle Feed Sales or the Animal Feed industry.
Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of cattle feed products.
- In-depth knowledge of livestock nutrition and cattle feed market dynamics.
- Experience in dealer, distributor, and retailer management.
Language
- Fluent in Hindi.
