Primary Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate sales by promoting cattle feed products in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new customers, retailers, distributors, and dealers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Expand market presence through effective field sales activities.

2. Customer & Retailer Engagement

  • Educate farmers, retailers, and distributors about cattle feed products and their benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

3. Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.

4. Sales Promotion

  • Organize promotional campaigns, dealer meets, and farmer awareness programs.
  • Increase product visibility through field marketing activities.
  • Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records.
  • Track orders, collections, and inventory requirements.
  • Submit regular sales performance and market reports to management.
Experience Requirements:

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in Cattle Feed Sales or the Animal Feed industry.

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of cattle feed products.
  • In-depth knowledge of livestock nutrition and cattle feed market dynamics.
  • Experience in dealer, distributor, and retailer management.

Language

  • Fluent in Hindi.
