Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end production operations for snack manufacturing.
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet output targets.
- Ensure consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Supervise production teams across both shifts (5:00 AM–1:00 PM and 1:00 PM–10:00 PM).
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and productivity.
- Implement GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to maintain product consistency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
- Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, warehouse, and R&D teams.
- Maintain production reports and operational documentation.
Experience Requirements:
- 0+ years of production experience in snack food manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in Potato Crisps (Mandatory).
- Experience in ethnic snacks (Chevda, Peanuts, Namkeen, etc.).
- Experience in extruded snacks (Puffs, Rings, etc.).
- Good English communication skills.
- Hands-on shop-floor management experience.
- Strong quality-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift manufacturing environment.
