Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development

  • Drive B2B sales of Isolation Transformers, PDUs, RPPs, Electrical Panels, and Magnetics solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Data Centre, Power Distribution, UPS, Switchgear, and industrial sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, customer visits, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.

Sales Management

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize orders.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast future business.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with:
    • OEMs
    • EPC Contractors
    • Consultants
    • Channel Partners
    • Industrial Customers
  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Support customers during technical discussions and project execution.
  • Provide product presentations and solution demonstrations.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback for product improvement.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records of leads, quotations, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Track project status and order execution.
Experience Requirements:

ducational Qualifications

Preferred

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
