Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development

  • Generate new corporate business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and manage existing corporate accounts.
  • Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Corporate Sales

  • Handle the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Visit corporate clients to understand procurement and supply requirements.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with procurement teams, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and present customized business proposals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
  • Manage key accounts and develop repeat business opportunities.
  • Handle commercial negotiations and payment follow-ups.

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor customer requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
  • Update sales pipeline and business opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports and sales forecasts.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in:
    • B2B Sales
    • Corporate Sales
    • Enterprise Sales
    • Business Development
