Primary Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement state-wise sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Channel & Dealer Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and retailers.
  • Support channel partners with product knowledge and promotional activities.
  • Monitor dealer performance and improve sales productivity.

Market Development

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.

Team Management

  • Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide necessary training and support.
  • Ensure timely reporting and effective sales planning.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
