Primary Responsibilities :
Household & Guest Services
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to family members and guests.
- Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments with professional etiquette.
- Coordinate guest visits, travel arrangements, and private family events.
Household Management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, and other household staff.
- Ensure the residence is clean, organized, and maintained to premium standards.
- Manage pantry supplies, household inventory, and essential stock.
- Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with external vendors.
Administration & Support
- Anticipate family requirements and ensure smooth day-to-day household operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Provide flexible support based on the family's schedule and requirements.
Experience Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 5–10 years of experience as a Butler in a private residence or luxury hospitality.
- Previous experience serving HNI/UHNI families is highly preferred.
