Primary Responsibilities :

Household & Guest Services

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to family members and guests.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments with professional etiquette.
  • Coordinate guest visits, travel arrangements, and private family events.

Household Management

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, and other household staff.
  • Ensure the residence is clean, organized, and maintained to premium standards.
  • Manage pantry supplies, household inventory, and essential stock.
  • Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with external vendors.

Administration & Support

  • Anticipate family requirements and ensure smooth day-to-day household operations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
  • Provide flexible support based on the family's schedule and requirements.
Experience Requirements:
  • Graduate preferred.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is an added advantage.

Experience Required

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Butler in a private residence or luxury hospitality.
  • Previous experience serving HNI/UHNI families is highly preferred.
