Primary Responsibilities :
- Prepare high-quality breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and special meals for the family.
- Plan and create diverse weekly and monthly menus based on family preferences and dietary requirements.
- Prepare a variety of international cuisines, including Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, and other global dishes.
- Ensure exceptional food presentation and fine-dining standards.
- Source, inspect, and manage fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Cater for private dinners, family gatherings, and special occasions.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in the private residence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Stay updated with modern culinary trends and continuously introduce new dishes.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Private Chef or Executive Chef.
- Prior experience working in private residences is mandatory.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, or HNI/UHNI households will be an added advantage.
- Expertise in preparing multiple international cuisines.
- Strong food plating and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the kitchen.
- Knowledge of healthy meals, dietary preferences, and special meal planning.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High standards of cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to maintain complete confidentiality.

Educational Qualification
