Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business leads through cold calling within the assigned territory.
- Conduct 4–5 customer visits daily.
- Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through continuous follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct technical discussions regarding products and their applications.
Sales Operations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to payment collection.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Coordinate order booking and invoicing with the principal company.
- Plan and execute weekly customer visit schedules.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the principal company and discuss the sales pipeline and funnel.
