Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct 4–5 customer visits daily.
  • Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through continuous follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Generate repeat business and customer referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Conduct technical discussions regarding products and their applications.

Sales Operations

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to payment collection.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate order booking and invoicing with the principal company.
  • Plan and execute weekly customer visit schedules.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the principal company and discuss the sales pipeline and funnel.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Degree / Diploma / ITI in:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering

Experience Required

  • 2–3 years of experience in:
    • Engineering Product Sales
    • Pump Sales
    • Capital Equipment Sales
    • Industrial Product Sales
    • OEM Sales
    • End Customer Sales
