• Oversee:

  • Powder Coating / Paint Shop
  • DG Set Assembly
  • Testing & Dispatch
• Improve production efficiency and capacity utilization.
• Eliminate production bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs.

Production Planning & Control (PPC)

• Review material availability before production planning.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores.
• Monitor production schedules versus actual output.
• Optimize inventory utilization.
• Minimize production losses due to material shortages.

Quality Management

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality systems.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams.
• Reduce rejection and rework.
• Implement:
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Drive First Time Right (FTR) manufacturing.

Productivity Improvement

• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Reduce manufacturing cycle time.
• Implement:
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Kaizen
  • 5S
• Improve labor productivity.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Cost Optimization

• Reduce production costs without compromising quality.
• Minimize scrap and wastage.

Maintenance Coordination

• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Coordinate inventory planning with Stores.
